These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vexlo Studio website and services provided by Fatima and Choaib LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Vexlo Studio", "we", "us"). By purchasing a package or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide search engine optimization (SEO) services including website audits, keyword research, technical SEO reviews, on-page recommendations, local SEO and reporting, as well as website and app development by custom quote. The scope of each package is described in the Pricing section or in a written quote.

2. Orders and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines begin once we have received payment and the information we need (such as your website URL and goals). Estimated timelines are stated on each package and may vary with project size.

4. No Guaranteed Rankings

Search engines control their own ranking algorithms. While we use industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels or revenue results.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and any access reasonably needed to perform the services. You are responsible for backing up your website before implementing any changes.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the reports and deliverables created for you. We retain ownership of our internal tools, templates and methods.

7. Prohibited Use

We do not provide services for illegal products or services, and we do not use spam, hacked links or other practices that violate search engine guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
