Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Vexlo Studio, a brand of Fatima and Choaib LLC. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Before Work Starts

If you cancel before we begin work on your order, you will receive a 100% refund.

After Work Starts

If work has started but the deliverable has not been sent, you may request a partial refund of up to 50%, depending on the work already completed.

After Delivery

Once a report or deliverable has been delivered, payments are non-refundable. However, if the deliverable does not match the package description, contact us within 7 days and we will revise it at no cost, or issue a refund if we cannot resolve the issue.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@vexlostudio.com with your name, order date and reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we will work quickly to resolve any issue.
